Cadets can compete in a number of track and field events including:

Several trophies are available for the squadrons with the highest points tally in various age and gender categories, as well as the top squadron overall, and the winners of each event go forward to represent the Wing or Region.

Cross Country Running

Cadets compete in different age and gender classes over the three mile course, with the best in each class selected to represent the Wing, and if they perform well at the Regional competition may be selected to represent the Region, and possibly even the Corps.

Male and female cadets are able to attend regional football sessions where teams are formed and play against each other in an informal tournament

Every year, Devon & Somerset Wing run a Swimming competition. Squadrons from all over Devon & Somerset send cadets to compete in the various events.

The winners of each event go forward to represent the Wing at the Regional competition.
